SUPER USEFUL! I use this site all the time. Dividers, favicons, stamps, blinkies, buttons, text, and miscellaneous. I mainly grab favicons from here, like the star cursor on this page!

More for Carrd than Neocities, but still useful for pre-written code snippets, cursors/backgrounds, and most importantly for me, music players.

Curated archive of graphics. Extensive hoard of most things, but I find the favicons the most useful, although it has pretty much everything. Also good collections of blinkies, stamps, and badges.

Useful for learning the Neocities ropes. Lots of help with HTML/CSS, including code snippets, but also archived button makers, etc.

Archive of cutesy graphics. Sorted by theme, and within those themes, further subdivided into favicons, dividers, etc.

GIF website featuring many unique and useful GIFs. Only downside is that the content is unsortable, so you have to trawl through lots of unrelated stuff to find what you're looking for.

Part of the Internet Archive. Random and sometimes repeating selection of GIFS, sometimes useful, but it does sort by tags/themes, so you can usually find something useful. Lots of 90s/early 00s era GIFs, and some can be quite specific (therefore unusable). BEWARE explicit images.

Very popular layout website that can be easily customized. If you're coming from Tumblr, using a layout is the easiest way to make the transition. Also good for practicing your own skills when editing the layouts. I used Teppy's a lot in the early days of creating this site!

Archived sticker collection. Lots of nostalgia stuff here. Save as images and use on your own site!

Cute and easy way to show your current mood on your site. Very popular on Neocities.

Huge archive of 88x31 buttons. Over 4500 to browse from!

90s and 00s vibes repeating tile backgrounds. Easy to play around with on the page. Easy to sort through the different categories. Particularly useful for wood, brick, city, etc.

Archived Geocities backgrounds. Easy to test out on the page and sorted into different categories (but you have to scroll down to see them all).
